Abstract

In the following article, M.V.Tyunin considers the issues of creating artificial intelligence technology in the EAEU, which provides an automated preliminary evaluation of proposals, economic analytics, access to open data, and professional outsourcing. The author suggests using blockchain technologies that can be applied not only in the financial sphere but also for the creation of various distributed registries. These technologies can be used to create a distributed register of the results of fundamental and applied scientific research in the EAEU.
