The article examines the issues of defining the concept of “protection of public health” as a possible restriction of freedom of information, the correlation of the right to health, the right to information, the right to freedom of speech, and the public need to protect the health of the population. The author refers to the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and other human rights intergovernmental bodies. K
