Abstract

In the current global information society, many human rights face new technological challenges. One of the negative consequences of new technologies is the contradic- tion between information rights and copyrights. It can be as- summed that copyrights are one of the rights of informational nature associated with the dissemination of new information. Copyrights have a civil and informational character. In this age of new technology, both aspects of copyrights need to be considered.
