THE RIGHTS OF TRADEMARK DESIGNERS AND AUTHORS OF INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS

Abstract

Theses of the report are devoted to the rights of developers and authors of such intellectual results and equivalent means of legal entities individualization, goods, works, services and enterprises as: trademarks and industrial designs. The essence of the issues considered in theses is the identification of contradictions in the developers (authors) rights of the above-mentioned results of intellectual activity, taking into account the Russian Federation legislation existing norms.
