LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ISSUES OF CREATION AND USE OF SERVICE WORKS IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the creation and use of service works. The article also highlights the interpretation of the legislation on copyright and related rights that was in force before the introduction of part 4 of the Civil Code and gives recommendations on the formation of local regulations of the employer on the creation and use of service works. It is proposed to focus on the issues of creating conditions for the lawful use of service works.
