Objects created in the digital environment may relate to the results of intellectual activity that deserve legal protection. The article examines the possibility of applying the institute of intellectual property (copyright and related rights) to objects called podcasts. It defines the legal regimes that can be applied to the elements that make up a podcast and to the podcast in general.
