Abstract

The article provides an analysis of various forms of legal protection of design solutions for products, designations and works of art. These forms of legal protection are industrial designs, trademarks and objects of copyright in the form of works of art. The advantages of each of the listed objects of intellectual property and its disadvantages in comparison with other analyzed objects are shown.
