Abstract

The information policy of the judiciary is based on its interaction with the media, which is inextricably linked with the implementation of the principles of openness and transparency of justice. The article analyzes the similarities and differences between the principles of openness and publicity of criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings in the light of the Concept of Information Policy of the Judicial System that made it possible to identify their content and features, problems of judicial enforcement, and also to determine.
