Abstract

The article analyzes the issues related to the amazing property of artificial intelligence: to create its own intellectual property objects autonomously, regardless of human activity. It is suggested that due to the huge advantage in the speed of processing and analysis of available information, it becomes possible to predict trends in the development of innovations, ways and methods of their use. The prospects of legal regulation of artificial intelligence activities are considered in order to prevent potential violations of exclusive rights and established mechanisms for paying compensation for their use.
