EXTENSION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW TO THE WEBSITE: THE LIMITS OF CREATIVITY

Abstract

The website is currently one of the most popular tools used in professional practice. At the same time, more and more scientists believe it is necessary to consider the website as a special intellectual property or to extend in full one of the existing regimes to them. The author has attempted to demonstrate the existing mechanisms for the protection of the creative component of websites.
