Abstract

Legal culture today doesn’t fully reflect the interests of content creators. Appearance of new forms of information delivery and communication channels predetermines the necessity of legal technologies development, taking into account the changed requirements of users. Analysis of the ways in which information is conveyed by the state to society has shown the importance of applying the principles of Legal Design for effective delivery of key messages. The paper focuses on the communication and Legal Design of intellectual property (IP) sphere as a direction to increase the accessibility and openness of the system. The intellectual property sphere is designed to stimulate innovation and creative activity by providing the right tools and mechanisms for rights registration and further monetization of creative work. Further development and application of legal innovations will reduce the gap between the IP system and the needs of the audience and involve uncovered right holders in the communication. The aim of the paper is to show the need to focus on the interests of users and the creation of social value in the field of intellectual property.
