Abstract

In the issue of the human liberties’ importance, the group rights as rights of the third generation deserve specific attention. They are currently not fully studied and described. In the article we have studied the nature, aspects, and significance of group rights in the general system of rights and freedoms. Furthermore, the analysis of the constitutional and legal enshrinement of such rights was carried out.
