Abstract

The author of the article notes the need to rethink human rights to receive information in connection with the transformations of law and legal institutions, taking into account the possibilities of digital technologies against the background of the formation of a global information society. In modern conditions, the main task of the state is to improve legislation in the field of information to prevent violations of privacy rights related to the disclosure of personal and confidential information on the Internet.
