Review process

Rules for consideration, review of manuscripts, and publication of articles

1. All articles submitted to the journal that corresponds to its subject matter and design rules are checked for the absence of illegal borrowing and are subject to double anonymous review. If the opinions of the reviewers about the possibility of publishing the article contradict each other, the editors appoint a third reviewer, whose opinion is decisive.

2. By sending the manuscript to the TIS editorial office, the Author thereby consents to its use in a printed periodical in accordance with Art. 1260, 1286, and 1286.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including in the electronic version of the journal, access to which is carried out according to the rules of OJS.

The copyright protection mark, like the open license mark, the Author has the right to place at the bottom of the first page of the article indicating the surname and initials of the author or other copyright holders and the year of the first publication of the article.

The author, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Art. 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation has the right to establish a ban on the reproduction of his article without his consent in another periodical printed publication and on the use of his work in a different form unauthorized by him. In this case, the editorial board is obliged, on behalf of the Author, to indicate in the journal that the use of the article against the will of the Author is not allowed.

3. There is no fee for reviewing and publishing articles. The author's remuneration is not paid to the Author, however, one copy of the journal with his article is provided to him free of charge.

4. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and in the editorial office of the publication for 5 years.

5. The editorial board of the publication sends copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials, and also undertakes to send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request by the editorial office of the publication.
